Notably, guitarist and producer Steinar Aadnekvam offers over 20 years of international teaching and coordination experience. He has taught masterclasses, led ensembles, and conducted workshops alongside renowned musicians and instructors such as Dom Famularo, Ferit Odman, Rubem Farias, Ivan Mazuze, Stina Hellberg Agback, Walter Areia, Deodato Siquir and Kastutis Vaiganis. Steinar has been invited to prestigious institutions and events including Saulkrasti Jazz Camp (Latvia), Conservatorio de Música de Pernambuco (Brazil), Wiks Folkhögskola (Sweden), Södra Latins Gymnasium (Sweden), and Høyskolen i Vest (Norway), Cape Town Jazz Festival (South Africa), Instituto Eduardo Mondlane (Mozambique)—among many others.
